Lead Times for Out of Stock Items
Due to a huge increase in demand and order volume these past few months, along with a few challenges in our supply chain for materials, our lead time is 6-8 weeks on items that are out of stock.
Our Guarantee
We cannot guarantee lead times currently; however we will always guarantee the quality of our product. We are working as quickly as possible to get everything back in stock without sacrificing that quality.
What is Changing
We have seen an increase in sales volume nearly 5x in the past month vs any month in the previous quarter. We did not anticipate this much growth this quickly; and in response we have grown from a very small team of 3, to a small team of 6. And yes, we're still accepting applications if you know of anyone with attention for detail and a good attitude that might be interested in a customer service/sales position.
