Terms and Conditions (Orders, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges)

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

It is the installer's responsibility to verify correct fitment prior to any coating or modification -- if there are any fitment concerns they must be documented with a brief description of the issue and photos and via email to info@nextventuremotorsports.com within the 7 day window.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There is a flat 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping; if you are returning a powder coated item and it needs to be re-powder coated for any reason, you will be charged the full cost of powder coating on the item (price varies per item). If you coat or alter the finish of an item we cannot in most cases accept the item back for return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@nextventuremotorsports.com or (970) 462-7368 to get an RMA Number. Include your order number with the correspondence with any returned items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We cannot accept returns or restock any items that have been cut, ground upon, drilled, painted, installed/used, or modified in any way.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (typically 1-3 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 7 day cancellation period starting from the date you placed your order. If you need to cancel your order within that 7 day period, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. If you cancel after the 7 day period and the products have not shipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you believe you've received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping carriers have time windows in which they will take a claim for a damaged shipment, so please don't delay in letting us know if there is an issue. You have 7 days following delivery confirmation to notify us of any product damage and provide photos/ documentation, after this time period we cannot guarantee we will be able to refund, return, or replace any damaged items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including any custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and custom labor. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, international orders, or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Pick Up Orders 
Pick up orders are billed with local Grand Junction tax rates per Colorado State law. If you need to change your order from a local pick up order to a shipping order for any reason, we may have to adjust your ticket to apply any additional tax and/ or shipping fees. Once your order is ready for pick up, we will contact you to let you know your order is ready. Due to limited storage capabilities, you will have up to 30 days to pick up or schedule a pick up after which your order may be reallocated to inventory. If this occurs, your order will be then immediately put back into the production queue and fabricated at the current lead time for your item(s).
