Personal information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Next Venture Motorsports LLC’s website uses cookies and similar technologies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send you cart reminder messages by email or text message.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and
providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, weto:

Mobile and SMS text message marketing

If you opt in to our text message (SMS) program, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages from us. We use your phone number to send
marketing, promotional, cart reminder, order, and account-related messagerequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out atany time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in  to receive text messages with any third parties or affiliates for theirown marketing purposes. Any sharing of Personal Information described elsewhere in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing your personal information

We share your Personal Information with third-party service providers whos and provide the services described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Infess and until you ask us to delete this information.
