Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Rock Sliders (LC250)

Frame-Mounted Rock Sliders / Armor for 2024+ Land Cruiser 250

Built for real trail contact—not just a “step.” These LC250 rock sliders are frame-mounted, structurally reinforced, and designed to take repeated impacts so you can pivot, slide, and protect the body when the trail gets tight. If you’re building a Land Cruiser 250 for rock crawling, technical trails, or hard overland use, this is true side armor.

Why these are different

  • True armor, not just a step: engineered to act as a pivot point and take load during rock crawling

  • Frame-mounted strength: spreads impact and vehicle weight into the frame for durability

  • Replaceable wear surface options included: choose UHMW or 7075-T6 aluminum skin at no added cost

Construction & Materials

These Land Cruiser 250 sliders are constructed from:

  • 2.0" OD x .120 wall DOM steel tubing (main structure)

  • 3/16" and 1/4" laser-cut steel mounting brackets (frame mounts / load distribution)

Designed to:

  • Resist dents and bending from repeated hits

  • Support vehicle weight in technical terrain

  • Reduce rocker/door/body damage during side impacts

Skin Options Included (Choose One)

UHMW Wear Surface (1/4" thick)

UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is a high-impact, abrasion-resistant polymer used in industrial wear applications. Installed on the outer face, it improves slide and reduces hang-ups on rocks.

UHMW benefits

  • Highly abrasion resistant

  • Self-lubricating for smoother sliding

  • Absorbs/distributes impact energy

  • Lightweight vs metal wear surfaces

7075-T6 Aluminum Skin

Prefer a metal wear surface that’s easy to refinish and matches a bare/painted build? Choose the 7075-T6 skin option for a rigid, premium “skin” layer with excellent an strength-to-weight ratio.

7075 benefits

  • High-strength aluminum alloy (premium grade)

  • Great for customers who paint/touch up trail armor

  • Replaceable skin concept: wear the skin, keep the structure

Selected skins do NOT come fully pre-installed; as you’ll need to paint or coat prior to installation. Sliders are pre-drilled/pre-cut to add a skin later if you want to change options down the road.

Finish (Raw / No Powder Coat)

These ship in bare metal so you can finish them your way—paint, coat, or run them as-is. For rigs that see real rock contact, finishes get scraped and touched up anyway; the wear surface is the part that should take the abuse.

Installation

  • 100% bolt-on to the frame (standard install)

  • Optional weld-on (for customers who want a permanent extreme-duty setup)

Specs & Fitment

  • Fitment: Toyota Land Cruiser 250 (LC250)

  • Tubing: 2" OD x .120 wall DOM steel

  • Brackets: 3/16" + 1/4" laser-cut steel

  • Wear surface: included (choose UHMW or 7075-T6 skin)

  • Use case: rock crawling, technical trails, overland side protection

Ideal For

  • Rock crawling and tight, technical trails

  • Overland builds that need real side-impact protection

  • Drivers who want functional armor—not cosmetic steps

Why next venture?

parts inspired by the trail

Our team got into the game after rock crawling, wrenching, fabricating and being inspired to design and build parts for what we love to do: hit the trail.

They invited me and my whole crew in for a tour of the facility on our way to Moab. These guys not only produce amazing armor for your Jeep, they are really good people. So, I’ve been running their rear diff skid for 9 months and it has easily held up to everything I’ve thrown at it.

After this go around with Moab and Holy cross, the diff skids did their job and protected my Jeep. My rear aluminum bumper performed phenomenally on the trail!

Can’t say enough about Dan and his ultra skilled team! Dan was able to get us in for a skidplate with UHMW & sliders for our JKUR. The fit, finish and quality are just out of this world! Can you say “stacked dimes”? Absolutely gorgeous welds…

2 years later I'm writing this review. I've beaten the crap out of this thing hitting rocks, winching, draging it down obstacles, and now exposed to the Florida elements. The bumper looks like it did the day they sent it. You will not find a better company to work with that cares about their clients and their products!

Quality is amazing, items fit perfectly. Couldn't be more happy; these are gonna help out a lot between the tons and LS1.

Without a doubt, Next Venture Motorsports is my first stop for epic Jeep parts. Their JL aluminum front and rear featherweight bumpers are solidly built, easy enough to install, and crafted to perfection. I can't wait for more products for my 2 door JL!

AWESOME quality and customer service. 2021 Jeep 4xe! Return customer and will return again. Thank You Dan!

I like it because it lets you use factory fog lights if you want. They also have a featherweight aluminum option that doesn't have holes for fogs and is essentially a stubby bumper. I am very pleased with all of their stuff. [JL/JT Adventure Series Bumper]
