Shipping Policy – Next Venture Motorsports

Most orders are built to order in our Grand Junction, Colorado shop. Lead times are listed on product pages; carrier transit time is in addition to that.

Shipping & rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, destination, and carrier rates. Large or heavy items (like full skid systems or bumpers) may ship freight and can require a commercial address or terminal pickup.

Local pickup
Local pickup is available at our Grand Junction, CO facility. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Please pick up or schedule pickup within 30 days of notification.

Order status & tracking
You’ll receive tracking once your order ships, and you can check status any time on our website using your order number and email.

Damaged or missing items
Please inspect shipments on arrival. Report any shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect products within 7 days so we can work with the carrier and help resolve it.
