Next Venture Motorsports Use, Care & Limited Warranty

Effective Date: June 7th, 2026

Next Venture Motorsports builds armor, skid plates, bumpers, sliders, mounts, brackets, and related components for real off-road use. We stand behind the parts we manufacture. If we make a mistake in materials or workmanship, we want the opportunity to make it right.

This Use, Care & Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by Next Venture Motorsports.

Products manufactured by other brands and sold by Next Venture Motorsports are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

Authorized Dealer and Distributor Sales

This Limited Warranty applies to eligible Next Venture Motorsports products purchased directly from Next Venture Motorsports or from an authorized Next Venture Motorsports dealer, distributor, or reseller.

For products purchased through an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, the original retail purchaser must provide proof of purchase from the original selling dealer or reseller. A valid dealer receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or other purchase record showing the product purchased and purchase date may be used as proof of purchase.

Warranty claims may be started by contacting Next Venture Motorsports directly or by working through the original selling dealer or reseller. In some cases, Next Venture Motorsports may coordinate warranty review, replacement parts, credits, or other remedies through the authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller.

This warranty does not apply to products purchased used, secondhand, through auction sites, salvage channels, unauthorized marketplace sellers, or any seller that cannot provide valid proof of original authorized sale.

Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty

Next Venture Motorsports warrants to the original retail purchaser that Next Venture-manufactured fabricated hard parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product.

This warranty is not transferable. It applies only to the original retail purchaser of the product from Next Venture Motorsports or an authorized Next Venture Motorsports dealer, distributor, or reseller.

Covered fabricated hard parts generally include Next Venture-manufactured:

  • Skid plates
  • Bumpers
  • Rock sliders
  • Armor components
  • Brackets
  • Mounts
  • Crossmembers
  • Recovery-related mounting components
  • Other fabricated metal parts manufactured by Next Venture Motorsports

If a covered product has a defect in materials or workmanship, Next Venture Motorsports will, at our discretion, repair the product, replace the product or defective component, provide replacement parts, issue credit through the original selling channel, issue store credit for direct purchases, or offer another appropriate remedy.

All warranty decisions are subject to review and inspection by Next Venture Motorsports.

Finish, Coatings, Hardware, and Wear Components

Off-road parts operate in harsh conditions. Finishes, coatings, hardware, and wear surfaces are exposed to rocks, mud, road salt, magnesium chloride, weather, chemicals, pressure washing, tools, installation conditions, and abrasion.

Because of that, the following items are covered separately from the structural fabricated part.

Powder Coat, Paint, Plating, Zinc, and Other Finishes

Powder coat, paint, plating, zinc coating, and other finishes are covered for defects in application or workmanship for 90 days from the original purchase date.

This coverage is intended for finish defects such as improper application, peeling, flaking, bubbling, missing coating, visible plating defects, or other workmanship issues that are not caused by installation, use, impact, abrasion, modification, or environmental exposure.

Off-road parts live a very different life than powder-coated indoor products. Your bumper, skid plate, slider, bracket, mount, or armor component may see rocks, mud, road salt, magnesium chloride, pressure washing, tools, trail impacts, and abrasion. Those conditions can scratch, chip, wear, stain, oxidize, or compromise any finish.

Zinc plating and other corrosion-resistant coatings are intended to help protect the underlying part, but coating life depends on coating thickness, exposure, environment, wear, damage, and maintenance.

This finish warranty does not cover scratches, chips, fading, discoloration, trail rash, rock contact, abrasion, white rust, oxidation, corrosion that begins after coating damage, road salt exposure, chemical exposure, pressure-washing damage, improper cleaning, improper maintenance, or normal wear.

Powder coat, zinc plating, and other finishes are protective coatings, but they are not indestructible. Exposed bare steel should be cleaned and touched up as needed to help reduce corrosion.

Hardware

Hardware supplied with Next Venture products is covered for defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original purchase date.

This does not cover hardware damaged by improper installation, incorrect torque, cross-threading, impact, corrosion from use or exposure, reuse after damage, or lack of maintenance.

UHMW, Plastic, Rubber, and Other Wear Components

UHMW, plastic, rubber, and other wear components are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original purchase date.

Gouges, scratches, deformation, abrasion, trail wear, impact marks, and normal wear from sliding over obstacles are not defects.

Product Use and Care

Next Venture products are designed for use on modified vehicles and in demanding conditions, but no product is maintenance-free or indestructible.

To help maintain your parts:

  • Inspect all mounting points and hardware after installation.
  • Recheck and retorque hardware after the first few drives and after trail use.
  • Inspect the product after any hard impact.
  • Repair exposed bare steel or damaged coating to reduce corrosion.
  • Wash off mud, road salt, magnesium chloride, and chemicals after exposure.
  • Do not ignore bent, cracked, loose, or damaged components.
  • Do not continue using a product if it appears unsafe or improperly mounted.

Skid plates, sliders, bumpers, and armor are designed to help protect the vehicle by absorbing, deflecting, and surviving abuse that may otherwise damage factory components. That does not mean the product is immune to damage.

Dents, bends, gouges, scratches, coating damage, trail rash, and deformation from rock contact, impacts, sliding, dragging, or vehicle weight are part of real off-road use and are not automatically considered warranty defects.

A structural failure caused by a defect in materials or workmanship may be covered. Damage caused by a specific impact, collision, rollover, trail obstacle, improper use, improper installation, or vehicle weight loading the part beyond its intended use is not covered.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic wear
  • Scratches, chips, dents, gouges, trail rash, rock damage, or abrasion

Fitment and Installation

It is the customer’s and installer’s responsibility to verify correct fitment before installation, coating, painting, drilling, cutting, grinding, welding, or modifying the product.

If you believe there is a fitment issue, stop installation and contact Next Venture Motorsports before modifying the product.

Please include:

  • Proof of purchase from Next Venture Motorsports or the authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller
  • Vehicle year, make, model, engine, and trim
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos showing the fitment concern
  • A short description of the issue

Products that have been installed, modified, coated, painted, cut, drilled, ground, welded, or otherwise altered may not be returnable and may not be eligible for warranty coverage if the alteration prevents us from evaluating the issue.

Prior Authorization Required

Do not return, repair, modify, refinish, powder coat, paint, cut, drill, grind, weld, or replace a product for warranty purposes without prior written authorization from Next Venture Motorsports.

Unauthorized work or unauthorized returns may prevent us from evaluating the issue and may affect warranty coverage.

Shipping Damage, Missing Boxes, Missing Components, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Shipping damage, missing boxes, missing components, or incorrect items must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery confirmation.

Carrier claim windows are very time limited and are not controlled by Next Venture Motorsports. Waiting to report shipping damage or missing items may prevent us from being able to file a carrier claim or provide a resolution.

Please keep all packaging materials, boxes, pallets, labels, packing slips, and damaged items until the issue is resolved. The carrier may require photos or inspection.

Shipping damage is not treated as a product warranty claim, but we will help evaluate the issue and work toward a solution.

Third-Party Products

This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by Next Venture Motorsports.

Products manufactured by other brands and sold by Next Venture Motorsports are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any. This may include items such as winches, lights, electronics, recovery gear, suspension components, tools, or other third-party accessories.

For warranty service on third-party products, warranty approval and remedy are controlled by the original manufacturer.

Warranty Review and Remedy

Once we receive your claim information, we may ask for additional photos, measurements, installation details, proof of purchase, or return of the product for inspection.

If the claim is approved, Next Venture Motorsports will determine the appropriate remedy. Remedies may include repair, replacement, replacement components, credit through the original selling dealer or distributor, store credit for direct purchases, refund of the original purchase price, or another solution.

For products purchased through an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, any refund or credit may need to be processed through the original selling channel and may be subject to that seller’s policies.

Replacement parts provided under warranty do not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility will depend on the nature of the claim.

If Next Venture Motorsports determines that the product has a covered defect in materials or workmanship, we may provide replacement parts, repair support, return shipping assistance, or another appropriate remedy at our discretion.

If the issue is not covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any repair or replacement costs.

Off-Road Use and Assumption of Risk

Off-road driving, vehicle modification, recovery, and installation of aftermarket parts involve risk.

Next Venture products are designed to help protect your vehicle, but no armor, skid plate, bumper, slider, bracket, mount, or recovery-related product can prevent all vehicle damage, property damage, personal injury, or loss.

The customer and installer are responsible for proper installation, inspection, maintenance, and safe vehicle operation.

By purchasing, installing, or using a Next Venture product, the customer accepts responsibility for understanding the product’s intended use and limitations.

If You Do Not Agree

If you do not agree with these warranty terms, do not install, modify, coat, paint, or use the product.

Contact Next Venture Motorsports before installation to request return authorization, subject to our return policy.

Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Venture Motorsports is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, vehicle damage, loss of use, downtime, towing, storage, rental vehicle, travel, or lost profits.

Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
