Shipping & Freight — How It Works

We keep it simple: most orders ship free once you hit $1,000, and our larger gear ships by freight for one flat fee — no surprise charges. Here's exactly how it works.

The short version

• $1,000+, no oversize items (Lower 48): FREE
• Under $1,000, no oversize items: standard calculated shipping
• Any oversize item (full-size rock sliders, steel bumpers, etc.): one flat $200 freight fee — your whole order ships together

Free shipping over $1,000

Orders over $1,000 shipping within the lower 48 states ship free — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. (Alaska/Hawaii and oversize freight items are handled separately — see below.)

Oversize items & the flat $200 freight fee

Some of our products — full-size rock sliders (4-door & Gladiator), steel bumpers, and similar heavy or long gear — are too big for standard parcel carriers, so they ship by LTL freight (palletized truck shipping).

For these, a single flat $200 oversize freight fee applies to your order — no matter how many oversize items you add, and no matter your order total. If your cart mixes oversize and standard items, everything ships together on the same pallet under that one $200 fee.

Heads up: orders over $1,000 that include an oversize item still pay the $200 — free shipping covers standard parcel orders. And because it's a flat rate, we absorb the difference on longer hauls, so you'll never get hit with a surprise freight bill.

Getting your freight order

Terminal pickup — included in the $200

• We ship your order to the freight terminal nearest you — we'll find it for you and handle the coordination.
• The terminal contacts you when it arrives, and you pick it up there. (Bring a vehicle that can handle a freight crate.)

Home (residential) delivery — available on request

Want it delivered to your door instead? Just ask and we'll quote it for you. Options include:

• Liftgate service — lowers the pallet to the ground, so you don't need a loading dock
• Home delivery with or without a signature requirement — your choice

Residential delivery is an added cost on top of the $200 (freight carriers charge more to deliver to a home), and we'll get you an exact quote before anything's charged.
