Shipping & Freight — How It Works

Retail orders only. This page covers orders placed on this site by retail customers and shipped within the United States. Dealer, distributor, and wholesale accounts ship under separate freight terms. See Dealer & wholesale accounts below.

We keep it simple: most retail orders ship free once you hit $2,000, and our larger gear ships by freight for one flat fee, with no surprise charges. Here's exactly how it works.

The short version

• $2,000+, no oversize items (Lower 48): FREE
• Under $2,000, no oversize items: standard calculated shipping
• Any oversize item (full-size rock sliders, steel bumpers, etc.): flat $250 freight fee per pallet, and everything that fits ships together

Dealer & wholesale accounts

If you buy from us for resale, none of the thresholds or fees on this page apply to your account. Wholesale orders ship under their own freight terms, including a separate free-freight threshold, and those terms are set in your dealer agreement rather than here. Retail promotions and free-shipping thresholds do not change what your account is quoted.

Free shipping over $2,000

Retail orders over $2,000 shipping within the lower 48 states ship free, applied automatically at checkout with no code needed. (Alaska/Hawaii and oversize freight items are handled separately. See below.)

Oversize items & the flat $250 freight fee

Some of our products, including full-size rock sliders (4-door & Gladiator), steel bumpers, and similar heavy or long gear, are too big for standard parcel carriers, so they ship by LTL freight (palletized truck shipping).

For these, a flat $250 oversize freight fee covers one pallet, no matter how many oversize items fit on it and no matter your order total. If your cart mixes oversize and standard items, everything that fits ships together on the same pallet under that one $250 fee.

Larger builds occasionally need more than one pallet. If yours does, we'll quote the additional freight and confirm it with you before we ship or charge anything. You'll never be billed extra freight without approving it first.

Heads up: retail orders over $2,000 that include an oversize item still pay the oversize freight fee. Free shipping covers standard parcel orders. And because it's a flat rate, we absorb the difference on longer hauls, so you'll never get hit with a surprise freight bill.

Getting your freight order

Terminal pickup — included in the freight fee

• We ship your order to the freight terminal nearest you. We'll find it for you and handle the coordination.
• The terminal contacts you when it arrives, and you pick it up there. (Bring a vehicle that can handle a freight crate.)

Home (residential) delivery — available on request

Want it delivered to your door instead? Just ask and we'll quote it for you. Options include:

• Liftgate service, which lowers the pallet to the ground so you don't need a loading dock
• Home delivery with or without a signature requirement, your choice

Residential delivery is an added cost on top of the oversize freight fee (freight carriers charge more to deliver to a home), and we'll get you an exact quote before anything's charged.
