Next Venture Motorsports offers the most advanced rear corner armor for the Jeep Wrangler JLU, combining 3/16" thick aluminum or steel construction with a precision-formed design that matches the JLU’s compound body curves. As the first company to bring curved-fit corner armor to the market for the JL, Next Venture sets itself apart by delivering protection that doesn’t just bolt on — it integrates seamlessly into the body for superior coverage, structural integrity, and trail-ready durability. Built in the USA and backed by a form follows function design philosophy, this armor is trusted by off-road enthusiasts who demand performance without compromise.
As anyone who has repaired trail damage and replaced sheet metal on a Jeep will tell you, it's not a big deal to replace a fender, the hood, or a door since they were meant to unbolt anyways. The body tub technically can be unbolted from everything and replaced; however, it is bolted to everything from the frame, to your steering, brakes, and electrical harnesses. You can now protect and strengthen the largest and most integral piece of sheet metal on your JL with our Corner Armor!
At Next Venture Motorsports, we understand the demands of true off-road enthusiasts. From our early days of conception in the rocks of Southern Arizona, to product testing across the country and even Ultra 4 test vehicles, our product development team lives and breathes motorsports on the rocks.
Every panel is laser-cut, CNC-formed, and hand-welded in Colorado, USA. We don’t stamp our armor overseas or compromise material thickness to cut costs. We use premium raw materials, proven design principles, and trail feedback to evolve every part we make.
Whether you’re wheeling Moab or just want protection from daily wear and tear, this is armor you can trust. Built for off-road abuse. Designed to look right. Made to last.

Clean your Jeep, find your basic hand tools, a drill, a tape measure, and some masking tape. Taping off the body or the corners to do a dry test fit is ideal, and the masking tape can be used to prevent any scratches in your paint. It might be covered up at the end, but you don't want the factory body exposed or corroding.
Watch the installation videos, and make sure to start with the driver side as it mentions!
This varies widely depending on existing body damage. If you are starting with a clean, straight JL, plan 3-5 hours to get everything mocked up, drilled, and rivet nutted.
If you opt for Blank or "Round" LED cutouts, no LEDs are included. You're free to choose your own, however we recommend the ORO Round LEDs here.
If you choose the 6" oval lighting option, the LEDs are included however, since it's a very specific fitment for this light. The oval LEDs come pre-wired, however you'll need to turn off the factory health monitor for the rear turn signals via a JL Tazer or visit your local dealership in order to turn off any dash warnings.
No. If you have blind spot monitors from the factory, you'll be losing that feature. We recommend the Tazer for the JL in order to disable this feature and any warnings from it's removal.
Yes. This product is designed and fabricated to fit vehicles that have varying tolerances from the factory, so minor hand fitting may be required.
If body panels on your Wrangler have been repaired to replaced, you'll want to verity fitment prior to any coating to ensure that any minor hand fitting happens prior to coating.
These 100% work with factory Rubicon highlines, and Sahara/Sport fender flares. They are also designed to integrate with our JL Rear Highline Fender Flares if you're looking for a higher highline flare!
No. These ship bare metal!
Products are shipped bare metal unless otherwise specified. Bare metal products may have scratches or surface imperfections as a result of raw material handling, manufacturing, and fabrication. However, these imperfections are easily covered up with a textured powder coat finish. Additional finishing, sanding, and prep work may be required if you wish to also have them finished with a smooth powder coat or paint.
If you opt for aluminum, these are 5052-H32 alloy that measures 3/16" thick. Because of the complex forming and welding required, 5052 is the best alloy for this job!
If you opt for steel, these come in HRPO (ASTM A36) mild steel alloy that measures 3/16" thick.
