JL 2 Door 10" Stretch Rocker Armor
THIS PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED THERE IS A 2-3 WEEK LEADTIME BEFORE THE PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED.
This rocker armor is laser cut and CNC formed from 1/8" 5052-H32 Aluminum alloy and is specifically engineered to work with our 10" Stretch Corner Armor on 2 Door JLs. It is intended as a secondary layer of protection behind true frame-mount rock sliders, like our Trailbreaker Series Sliders. Our 10" stretch JL rocker armor is also perfect for cleaning up the appearance of your body tub if you've sustained body damage prior to upgrading your sliders!

Compatibility and Options
Our JL 2 Door 10" Stretch Rocker Armor is compatible with nearly all aftermarket frame-mounted rock sliders with the two configuration options below.
1. 0 Holes – "Stick On" / Drill To Match (Universal Compatibility)
-
Comes pre-cut with NO mounting holes.
-
Ideal if your body is completely straight and you prefer not to drill additional holes into the tub!
-
Can be installed using the included 3M VHB Double-Sided Mounting Adhesive for a zero-drilling installation.
-
Can be drilled out to match existing rivet nuts already in your JL body tub—a popular feature for customers removing previously installed body-mounted sliders to switch to frame-mounted sliders.
3. 19 Bolt (Full Bolt-On Install)
-
19 pre-cut holes along both flanges.
-
Mounting is completed entirely with included rivet nuts and 1/4"-20 bolts
Installation and Coating Notes
-
A rivet nut tool is required for installation unless using the "Stick On" configuration without fasteners.
-
We strongly recommend sealing/coating any drilled holes prior to installing rivet nuts to prevent corrosion on exposed metal.
-
Paint or Coating is required—these ship as bare aluminum! We recommend a metal protectant such as Sharkhide (a marine-grade clear coat) if you prefer a natural aluminum appearance with minimal maintenance.
Set ships as a pair (left and right).
