The Details
The factory black plastic "splash guards" you'll find in the wheel openings of your JT can leave a bit to be desired. Our new rear inner fender liners are designed to be installed as a stand-alone item with your factory flares, and are also compatible with our JT Rear High Line Fender Flares.
Our rear fender liners are laser cut in house from 0.09" thick 5052 Aluminum - which means they are 30% thicker than most 0.06" (16 Gauge) liners on the market, offering a bit more rigidity.
Installation
Quick accessibility to is possible thanks to 1/4 turn "dzus" fasteners. Initial installation requires a quick bolt together assembly, and all required hardware is included. Installation uses existing factory holes in your factory JT bed. If you are using these with factory flares, a few of the factory clips that hold the flares in will need to be removed as they will be fastened using some of the included hardware in shared holes on the factory sheet metal.
An electrical harness does need to be relocated, however it simply pops out of it's original location, and into the included aluminum bracket that bolts on to the JT rear frame. The evap vent on the driver side of the JT at the front of the wheel well is also relocated ever so slightly in the interest of tire clearance using included hardware.
Shock Compatibility
Unlike the front fender liners, and most Wrangler rear liners, the JT liners don't typically effect shock compatibility due to the shape of the JT frame and shock mounts.

parts inspired by the trail
Our team got into the game after rock crawling, wrenching, fabricating and being inspired to design and build parts for what we love to do: hit the trail.
